BIBLE STUDY MCGI - 22ND SEPTEMBER, 2022
CALVARY GREETINGS BRETHREN, TODAY IS THE 23RD OF SEPTEMBER,2022. THANKS BE UNTO THE LORD MOST HIGH FOR THE WONDERFUL & BEAUTIFUL OPPORTUNITY GIVEN UNTO ME TO LISTEN TO THE WORDS OF GOD THROUGH HIS PREACHER- BROTHER ELISEORIANO YESTERDAY THE 22ND SEPTEMBER, 2022. VIA ZOOM MEETING
IT WAS REALLY AN INSIGHTFUL SESSION I LEARNT A LOT FROM THE BIBLE STUDY
AND I'M HERE TO SHARE WHAT I LEARNT, I PRAY YOU'RE BLESSED AS YOU READ.

LESSONS I LEARNT FROM YESTERDAY'S BIBLE STUDY
• The Preacher made us know that, the Fear of the Lord means to obey his will and keep his Commandments, He made us know that we must imbibe the fear of God in everything we do.
It must be our way if life
He made us know that it is the Fear of God that won't make you greedy, Selfish or Self-centered and covetous
He made us know that in the last days the Love of many would wax cold and people would become Lovers and Thinkers of themselves
• Some people have lost Natural Affection and Human compassion or empathy for their Fellow Human, they accumulate wealth all to themselves they do not think of others or helping the poor, They are conscious of themselves only, He warned us not to be like that, He made us know that we should be Generous and give to the poor for we would be rewarded by God
• He warned us that we should not be given to wine or greedy but we should be patient, and not covetous. He gave examples of the "HEROES OF FAITH" according to the Bible who with Patience obtained the Price of been called into Heaven, Even if they died poor , They didn't lose hope, because they know there's a Consolation, He made us know that our Hardships would be rewarded and would be compensated by God
•He made us know that, it is Who God loves that he corrects or Chastises.
And no correction at that moment or present time is joyous, but rather it is grievous, but nevertheless afterwards it yields the peaceable fruit of righteousness unto them which were exercised by it.
The Preacher made us know that we should, Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without this, No man shall see the Lord
The Preacher made us know that, The Law is holy, and the commandment is HOLY, JUST and good.
• The Preacher made us know that there would be no broken homes or divorce cases if Every family Obeys the Law or Commandments of God.
If the wife, Submits herself to her Husband in Everything, If the Husband likewise,Loves his wife dearly as Christ Loved the Church and gave himself for it,
When Children obey their Parents in the Lord and Honour their Father and Mother. When each person plays His or her own part,There would be no need for Divorce or a broken home.
• The Preacher made us know that, the way of a man is not in himself: it is not in man that walks to direct his steps, it's only God that can direct our steps and order our paths not us
So we should Submit to the leading of God and his Holy spirit, God directs our steps when we submit our lives to him.
HOW THE BIBLE STUDY POSITIVELY IMPACTED ME
• I Learnt that, The Mercy of GOD is from everlasting to everlasting upon them that fear him, and his righteousness unto children's children, upon those that keep his covenant and those that do what he has Commanded
• I LEARNT that, Father's should, provoke not their children to wrath, but should bring them up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord.
• I Learnt that, Godliness with Contentment is a Great gain
MAY THE LORD HELP US TO BE DOERS OF HIS WORDS AND NOT JUST HEARERS,
AND MAY THE PEACE OF GOD BE WITH US ALL BRETHREN,
