REPLAY OF MASS INDOCTRINATION DAY EIGHT. 2ND FEBRUARY 2022.
I count it a great aprivilege to witness the replay of mass Indoctrination service of day eight by brother Eli through the MCGI community. I will be sharing want I learnt today.
Today's teaching taught us to do good to all men including our enemies. We are to live a life worthy of emulation. Philippines 2:15, As children of God we are to live a good life before the world so as to shine as light among them. Our manner of life should express good to others because it is the will of God for us. The good which we do, can draw many closer to God. According to the bible in 1 Peter 2:12, many will glorify God because of our good works.
I also learnt that expulsion is allowed in the true church of God. 1 Corinthians 5:11, God commanded the true church to expel any member who will not obey the word of God. The church is commanded to remove evil people out from the church. Titus 3:10, The church should reject Anyone that doesn't want to obey the doctrine after first and second admonition. The commandment of God is to do good to all men. The church does not tolerate any individual who is doing evil.
As children of God, our manner of life should bring people to God. Proverbs 11:30, I learnt that if we are righteous and do what is good, we will be able to win souls to God. God is always pleased with us when we make one person to repent of his sins. The bible says that he that win souls is wise. Joy shall be in heaven over one soul won.
I learnt that the multiplication of the church of God is a prophecy of God we should do good because those who do good will be multiplied by God. Jeremiah 30:19, God promised to multiply his church and glorify them. God promised that the church of God won't be small nor few. God wants to use us as instrument that bears good fruit.
In conclusion, for us to bear fruit of good works and win souls, We need to be good and do good to others.
