It is in my daily schedule whenever I came back from gym I used to eat 3 to 6 boil eggs everyday today I went to gym at 7pm and came back at 8.30pm today is my chest workout day. Egg is one of the best source for your muscle recovery

Your boiled eggs look perfect just the way I boiled my eggs just right. And yes, it's a great source of protein and perfect food after workout. But three is a little too much for me😅. Enjoy!
