Land Transportation My Favorite Means Of Transportation.
Greetings Everyone.
I gladly welcome you to my blog and another wonderful edition of the hive learners featured post. Today I will be sharing my favorite means of transportation and why it is my favorite.
Imagine if there were no security issues, no traffic and the risk of accidents has been reduced to the barest minimum... What would be your favorite mode of transport? Give us your reasons.
Transportation simply means moving from one place to another, some persons move for business, some for fun, some because of academic pursuit and some because of their work. Transportation plays a vital role in our day to day life.
From elementary school we were taught that there are four types of transportation which includes:
- Land/road transportation.
- Air transportation.
- Sea transportation.
- Rail transportation.
My favorite means of transportation is the road transportation, considering the fact that there is no security issues, reduced risk of accident and most of all no existence of traffic jam. Though in my country there are many reasons people fear to travel by land, I still prefer land transportation compared to other means of transportation.

Transportation by land are mostly used by the masses as it is cheap and affordable, you don't need huge amount of money to travel by land, with a little token you can move from point A to point B and get things done by yourself.
Short Distance Travels: With the help land Transportation individuals can cover short distance in no time whereas other means of transportation cannot be used to cover short distance. An aeroplane, a ship cannot be used to travel short distance travel.
Always Available: Bicycles, Motorcycles, cars, buses and lorries are now rampant and can be seen in every city but airports and seaports cannot be situated in every city, there are specific locations where airport and seaports are situated.
A motorcycle, car, buses can drop you off at your door step while an aeroplane can only drop you off at the airport and you find your way home.
The Sight Of Trees: While I was young I used to think we were been pursued by the trees, seeing that makes me remember my childhood and I still enjoy that till date.

Yeah, on land you can be taken directly to your homes, or wherever your destination is. But on water or by air you will only have to alight at the airport or the dock. From there you will have to make your way home.
