Every day is decision day.

Hello, everyone.

I welcome you to my blog. Every day we wake up, we are faced with so many decisions, and each decision we make today determines tomorrow, which is why we must think twice before making a decision. The decisions we make today will either make us tomorrow or break us; we either stand to benefit from them or regret them.

One of the most difficult tasks faced by every individual every day of their lives is decision making. Every day we ask ourselves, Should I? Or should I not? Every decision either comes with a blessing or a repercussion; it's left for us to make the right decision so we don't regret it in time to come. Some wrong decisions leave a mark and affect one's life forever, while others can be corrected after paying a heavy price.

Sometimes we are faced with a very difficult decision, and we find it hard to make a choice, but we just have to hope that whichever choice we make is the right one. Last year, when I traveled to the village for the Christmas celebration, I met a lot of my relatives, even those I did not know existed, and we got along. We had all the fun together, which cost us a lot of money, but I was careful enough to have some reserve for my transport fare back to school.

The celebration is over, and everyone is leaving the village and going back to their base. One of my cousins approached me, asking for help and how he had no money left to pay for his transport fare back to where he works. All I had left was my transport fare and my tuition fee, which is a no go area. Everyone had left, leaving just me and him in our family house, which is very big for two. I pictured how it would be for one.

I'm faced with two difficult choices: either I leave him alone in the village or borrow him some money from my tuition fee. I thought about it for days. I did not know what to do because what if I lend him money from my tuition fee and he doesn't pay it back? And leaving him in the family house alone is something I did not want to do. After giving it so much thought, I finally decided to take the risk of borrowing him money from my tuition fee.

Like I said earlier, the decisions we make either make us or break us. This guy left and never paid back. I had to start looking for a way to replace my tuition fee myself. I learned my lesson the hard way.

Thanks for reading my post.
