Esp-Eng Hierba para condimentar las comidas, Cilantro de monte o jardín / Esp-Eng Herb to flavor food, Wild or garden coriander

Hola a todos mis amigos de Agricultural Mindset y de Hive Blog, después de cierto he vuelto para presentarles la siembra que tiene mi abuela en una parte de su jardín, de Cilantro de monte o de jardín como le conocemos en mi bella población. Cabe destacar que esta hierba muy conocida en distintos lugares con otros nombres, es de color verde oscuro con hojas alargadas y unas pequeñas puntas el los bordes de la hojas, su reproducción se realiza por semillas las cuales se encuentran en las ramas que a su vez son erectas y en la punta de ellas nacen en forma de ramillete de semillas muy pequeñas.

El cilantro de monte además de ser hierba aromática es usada en la preparación de comidas la cual da buen aroma y gusto a las comidas, también es usada en la medicina tradicional, puesta al sol para secarlas luego prepararla en infusión o té, para calmar los problemas estomacales, ayuda a sacar los gases según mi abuela.

Su cultivo es rápido siempre y cuando se mantenga en humedad el sitio donde de siembra que que no soporta alta temperatura, es rara la casa de mi pueblo que no cuente con una pequeña siembra de cilantro de monte para condimentar las comidas.
