Hoy me quiero compartir con ustedes mi colaboración en casa y nada mejor de como hacer una rica cena, revoltillo de huevos criollos con aliños. Digo huevos criollos porque son recién tomados del gallinero que tenemos en casa, los huevos son ricos en proteínas. Acá les dejo el paso a paso de como preparé los huevos revueltos.

Ingredientes que utilice:

✔️Harina de maíz.

✔️5 Huevos.

✔️Ají.

✔️ Cebolla.

✔️ Cilantro de monte (Cilantro).

✔️Tomate.

Ingredients you use:

✔️ Corn flour.

✔️5 Eggs.

✔️Hey.

✔️ Onion.

✔️ Cilantro de monte (Cilantro).

Paso 1 👣

Lo primero que hice fue amasar la harina de maíz para hacer las arepas, en mi caso las haré fritas.

Corte los aliños en trozos pequeños para luego sofreírlos e irle añadido los huevos.

Hice las arepas para luego llevarlas al fuego en aceite caliente.
