Saludos mis amigos de hive en especial a los integrantes de la comunidad de full deportes, hoy les traeré algunos tip y ejercicio que serán de gran ayuda para los juegadores que andén en busca de un sueño.
Los ejercicios se basan en rutinas diarias, que les estaré presentando a través de el entrenamiento mediante un vídeo de práctica espero que lo disfruten.
Greetings my friends of hive especially to the members of the full sports community, today I will bring you some tips and exercises that will be of great help to the players who are looking for a dream.
The exercises are based on daily routines, which I will be presenting through the training by means of a practice video I hope you enjoy it.

El uso de menores de edad en vídeos, es complicado.
¿Se aseguró usted de tener los permisos de padres y representantes de los menores que allí aparecen?
Debiera considerar esto antes de continuar con la serie. De ser así (posee los permisos), tiene que dejar esto en evidencia en sus publicaciones.
