Mi árbol de Mandarinas | My Mandarin Tree
¡Hola hivers! Espero estén muy bien y que tengan una excelente semana. Hoy quiero enseñarles y hablarles un poco sobre mi árbol de mandarinas. Tengo un patio lleno de árboles frutales pero éste es muy especial, además la mandaría es una de mis frutas favoritas.
Hello hivers! I hope you are doing great and having a great week. Today I want to show and tell you a little bit about my mandarin tree. I have a yard full of fruit trees but this one is very special, plus mandarin is one of my favorite fruits.
Éste árbol tiene alrededor de 12 años de vida. En un principio no estábamos seguros de que se diera, pero con el tiempo lo vimos crecer y crecer aún más. Éste árbol fue sembrado por mi abuelo. Es un árbol de gran tamaño y que aporta mucha sombra. Además ha servido como hogar para muchos pájaros, insectos, mariposas y hasta iguanas. Es un árbol muy bonito y el verde de sus pequeñas hojas hace un hermoso contraste con el color anaranjado de las mandarinas.
This tree is about 12 years old. At first we were not sure it would grow, but as time went by we saw it grow and grow even more. This tree was planted by my grandfather. It is a large tree and provides a lot of shade. It has also served as a home for many birds, insects, butterflies and even iguanas. It is a very beautiful tree and the green of its small leaves makes a beautiful contrast with the orange color of the mandarins.
Hace como 5 años este árbol empezó a dar frutos. Desde entonces dos veces por año se llena de mandarinas. Al principio eran muy ácidas y casi imposible de comer, parecían unos limones. Con el tiempo las mandarinas fueron cambiando de sabor y tamaño. Las de ahora son mucho más dulces y jugosas. Igualmente es importante esperar que estén lo suficientemente maduras para poder comerlas. De este árbol hemos podido comer muchas mandarinas, hacer jugos y hasta dulces.
About 5 years ago this tree began to bear fruit. Since then, twice a year it fills up with tangerines. At first they were very acidic and almost impossible to eat, they looked like lemons. As time went by the mandarins changed in taste and size. Nowadays they are much sweeter and juicier. It is also important to wait until they are ripe enough to eat them. From this tree we have been able to eat many mandarins, make juices and even sweets.
Hace tres días mientras observaba el árbol me di cuenta que en una de sus ramas mas altas había un avispero. Enseguida le conté a mis padres y ya estamos trabajando en un protocolo para desalojar a las avispas sin causar daños en el árbol y sin que nadie salga herido. Es importante eliminarlas rápidamente ya que pueden llegar a ser muy peligrosas tanto para nosotros como para nuestra perrita Lucero que hace vida en el patio.
Three days ago while observing the tree I noticed a hornet's nest in one of its highest branches. I immediately told my parents and we are already working on a protocol to remove the wasps without causing damage to the tree and without anyone getting hurt. It is important to get rid of them quickly as they can be very dangerous for us and for our dog Lucero who lives in the yard.
Las mandarinas son muy ricas y tienen muchas vitaminas y nutrientes. Además he leído que tienen muchas propiedades esotéricas y que atraen la abundancia, pero la verdad no soy muy creyente de éstas cosas. Algo que si hice fue utilizar las cáscaras de mandarinas secas como incienso y olía muy rico pero sólo lo hice una sola vez.
Tangerines are very tasty and have many vitamins and nutrients. I have also read that they have many esoteric properties and that they attract abundance, but the truth is that I am not a believer in these things. One thing I did do was to use the dried tangerine peels as incense and it smelled very nice but I only did it once.

Yo tengo un árbol de aguacate y tambien hay un avispero en una de sus ramas, estamos buscando una forma de sacarlas, porque queremos evitar peligros, tus mandarinas se ven muy sabrosas, a mi me encanta comer mandarinas, ahora en tiempos de COVID, es bueno comerlas porque nos aportan vitamina C.
Es importante atacar con tiempo a las avispas ya que pueden ser peligrosas. La mandarina es una de mis frutas preferidas y en estos tiempos de covid nos ha ayudado mucho ya que es una fuente natural de vitamina c. Éxito con las avispas jeje

Es inmenso, qué bonito, siempre he querido tener un árbol así de grande en mi casa porque dan sombra, no creí que tardaran tanto en dar su fruto, en mi casa tengo es una mata de cambur 😂 pero es mi fruta favorita así que no me quejo. Que lindo post❣️
