What Color
I finally persuaded me to make a chibi from the left over clay that I have.
Well, I think I have to be honest since its really obvious from the final creation that the clay looked very dry and cracked. I have been in Cairns for 12 days now but I have not yet recovered from my adventures
Not that its a bad thing. Its just that I have never really been able to keep track on my supplies. Using air dry clay does that overtime- they dry up- they become useless.
I started by making the legs and body.
This is how I made the cufffs. I was initially thinking of a chef but, I decided to shelf the idea at the last minute and, just go with the flow.
Next is the face. I wanted to sculpt the face but things did not turn out the way I wanted them to so, it looked like this.
And this is how it looked after all the drama. I used pink hair because I want to be as playful as I can. Also, I do not have any other clay color apart from pink that would look nice on it.
I then used my clay base mold to create cupcakes and cupcake icings- with the rest of my clay stock.
Here is the final look. To be honest, I am so in love with how it turned out.
thank you very much!
