My Actifit Report Card: September 4 2021
Today has probably been the lowest number of steps I have done all year. The reason is that I had a fever this morning and most of the day, so was in bed most of the day.
The fever was the side effect from the covid vaccine, better to have one day of sickness and have the protection.
Not a good time to be competing in #poliac there is always tomorrow
