Cuando disponemos de la mañana para realizar diligencias, casi siempre se nos hace tarde y llegamos a casa apuradas para el almuerzo... y justo por esta ocasión les comparto este almuerzo.

When we have the morning to run errands, we are almost always late and we get home in a hurry for lunch ... and just for this time I share this lunch with you.

Ingredientes: ## Ingredients:

🔸️ Espagetti
🔸️ Plátano maduro
🔸️ Salchichas
🔸️ Cebolla
🔸️ Ajo
🔸️ Tomate
🔸️ Adobo
🔸️ Color
🔸️ Aceite
🔸️ Salsa soya

🔸️ Espagetti 🔸️ Ripe banana 🔸️ Sausages 🔸️ Onion 🔸️ Garlic 🔸️ Tomato 🔸️ Adobo 🔸️ Color 🔸️ Soy sauce 🔸️Oil

Monto una olla con agua, sal y aceite al fuego, donde cocinare nuestros espagettis.

I set up a pot with water, salt and oil on the fire, where I will cook our spaghetti.

Mientras hierve el agua, corto el tomate, cebolla y el ajo y los pongo a fuego lento, añadiendo un poquito de color y aceite, lo tapo y dejo que se integren los sabores.

While the water is boiling, I chop the tomato, onion and garlic and put them over low heat, adding a little color and oil, cover it and let the flavors integrate.

Por otra parte añado los espagettis al agua hirviendo y los dejo cocinar por 10 minutos o hasta ablandar, luego le retiro el agua y lista nuestra pasta.

On the other hand, I add the spaghetti to the boiling water and let them cook for 10 minutes or until they soften, then I remove the water and our pasta is ready.

Ya teniendo los aliños bien integrados y suaves, añado las salchichas para guisarlas, mientras, ya tengo las tajadas de plátano listas para freirlas.

Having the seasonings well integrated and soft, I add the sausages to cook them, while I already have the banana slices ready to fry them.
