Celebrating our third anniversary at LA piazzetta in Chiesanuova town.

We celebrate our third anniversary in this lovely restaurant in the town of Chiesanuova, in Pistoia Tuscany, the town is little and its composed only by a little church like the name suggest and a little square, like the restaurant meme suggest, the restaurant is situated in a corner of the square we discover it only by luck some months ago, we were driving in thi area and we find this cute place, we give a look at the menu and we decide to go there for our anniversary so we rent a table!

We start our nice luch with a mix of appetizer, everything in this restaurant is of high quality, mozzarella is di bufala with a precious ham and particular salty bread named coccoli, is like fried little bread.
The mozzarella was really big and genuine, the taste was so pure that it melt on our tongue.
The ham was really a great quality we truly enjoy it.

As first dish we both have maccheroni with tomatoes and mozzarella di bufala sauce, something super yummi, I never taste a better one, so I was super happy, the sauce was delicate and the pasta was perfect cooked not too soft not too hard, the maccheroni was filled with spinachs ad parmisan cheese, a truly delicious fill!

As a second dish we choice different dishes, I choice veal with tuna sauce, it was really yummi, I rarely eat veal because I'm not good at cook it but I truly like this dish, especially with tuna sauce the sauce was really tasty with tuna, datterini tomatoes and capers with a spoon of fresh oil.
My boyfriend had sliced halfblood pork, I don't like hakfblood meat but he assure me that the meat was of first quality and really yummi with on rucola salad and parmisan slice.

All accompanied by a good red wine of the house, a red wine well know from us because we we buy it sometimes in Chiesanuova it's really a good wine. The prices of the restaurant are a little bit higher than some other places but the quality really deserve it.

It was an amazing lunch and I plan to celebrate there also other important days or why not? Just celebrate a good lunch sometimes!!!
