New-bies Initiative Task - My Hive Goals For the Next 3 Months
Goal setting is helpful as it triggers us to stay focused in achieving whatever we seek. @starstrings01 thanks for the highlight in setting these goals.
I would love to express my gratitude for being accepted to this new-bies Initiative program and this amazing opportunity, i wouldn't take it for granted! In this particular task, we are to attend to 3 important questions.
Now, unto bussiness...
WHAT ARE YOUR GOALS BY THE END OF THE INITIATIVE (In 3 Months) in terms of Hive Power, followers, Comment and engagement and other related goals you have in mind?
My goals in the next 3 Months are to:
- Achieve at least 100Hp added to the one I have already
- Reach a reputation of at least 60
- Gain 30 more followers
- Comment, engage and upvotes daily in different Communities I will be exploring.
- Make new friends via Hive
HOW DO YOU PLAN TO ACHIEVE THEM?
As at the time I am creating this content, I have a total Hp of 131, 64 followers and 58 as my reputation as seen on the screenshot captured above.
In one of our discord meeting, @starstrings01 emphasized on the importance of engagement and it's benefit so I plan to explore in Hive Communities, engage, comment and upvote other people's post. These I plan to be doing daily by God's grace because I have come to realize that perseverance and consistency is the key in achieving success; thus, a home is never built in a day.
In addition, there are some people that has been my inspiration in this platform. I watch them publish quality contents on daily basis and I have been following and engaging in their posts so I can learn more too and not to struggle in creating contents. Having said that, I plan to publish contents at least three times per week. With these set plans, I believe to achieve my goals stated above in the next three months.
WHAT CHALLENGES DO YOU THINK YOU MAY LIKELY FACE TRYING TO ATTAIN THESE GOALS?
Well the major challenge I already know I will face is time factor. I am a mother of 3 boys and they are still tender including the new born I am nursing at the Moment. My responsibility as a stay at home mom for now is wide and I stated it in details when we were asked to write about a typical day . Aside the numerous task I found myself doing daily in my house, there are still unforseen challenges that arise with nurturing these kids especially their health. This has been one of the sensitive issue I have encountering atimes as nature demands and once it surfaces, every other things will be laid aside until the kids become healthy again which I'm seriously praying for. In as much as I have lots in my hands to attend to everyday, I will definitely try my best to manage my time and ensure that my goals are achieved.
Permit me to appreciate @newbies-hive , @theycallmedan, @aliento , @hivelearners Community ,@starstrings01 , @mistural , @lazypanda and other team members for the great support they are showering new-bies to ensure that we all achieve success together. And to all my hive friends, you guys are not left out! Thanks a bunch team!

Oh, this is a big challenge... nursing a newborn is always a challenge... I'd also recommend that you check out C/Motherhood community, you can share about your motherhood activities, In this community, different mothers and fathers from all around the world engage and interact with one another... You can take a look at it, and I hope you find it helpful.

I didn't really set a high goal for myself considering my numerous daily activities at home with my boys, however I am trying my possible best to achieve more than my set goals and at the end of our training, get more knowledge on how things are mostly done here on hive.
I discovered that I haven't explore more on different Communities due to time constraints especially in dreemport challenge 🤦, yes I know about it and always come late but hopefully I should be conversant with all that with time.
