The rules in Canada are different. Law here is that women can go topless, for many years now. You need to update your Canadiana.
As you know full well, I'm not micro-inspecting anyone's armpits, or checking out tight pants on anyone. I wear blocker glasses for a reason you know.

Rules are like that in a bunch of places. I've stayed in cities throughout Ca where naked is legal. With or without laws yata yata, only dudes have shirtless selfies for avatars. And I'm willing to bet shirtless avatar dudes are single. And have been for a long time.
It's called advertising the assets.
