Good morning friend, it is so nice to see you here in the community and of course I loved your story.

I also agree with what you say about experimenting with the palate.
Personally I have also dedicated myself to train my palate by visiting different coffee shops and orienting myself with the coffee makers in charge.
And well, I am sure that the artisan coffee selection in my opinion are the best I have ever tasted.
