Easy Tiramisu Recipe 😍💛

I'm here with the first dessert recipe of the new year.

I wanted to make a sweet start.

I hope it will be a year of health, peace and success for everyone.

I have a riddle:)

What is the name of the dessert whose homeland is Italy, which smells of coffee and creates a feast on the palate with its delicious cheese cream?

Tiramisu is the winner. Of course the answer is Tiramisu.

Tiramisu, a dessert that spreads from Italy to the whole world and is interpreted with easy recipes, takes its place among the indispensable desserts of my kitchen.

When the delicious cream and cocoa combine, it tastes incredibly good.
I love Italian cuisine, especially pasta and pizzas. I have already mentioned my love for lasagna.

Since it is very close to my own culinary culture, I usually like to be inspired by Italian cuisine and I can interpret it according to myself.

For example, a traditional Italian Tiramisu uses Mascarpone cheese, while I use Labne cheese. Where I live, Labne cheese is easier to find than Mascarpone cheese. And this cheese is enough for me in terms of flavor.

Tiramisu can be made with cocoa cake or long cat tongue cookies.

I make it with both. Of course, it is sometimes easier for me to use ready-made cookies.

First of all, the cat tongue cookies soaked with coffee are covered with a silky cream and then covered with cocoa and left to rest in the fridge overnight. AND the result is perfect.

It is even better when eaten the next day. Brew a cup of coffee, have a slice of Tiramisu and feel yourself in Italy.

After this enchanting description, I am starting to write for those who are curious about the recipe:)

Ingredients for Tiramisu;

Cat tongue cookies
3 glasses of milk
Half a glass of flour
a tea glass of granulated sugar
1 vanilla bean
Granulated coffee
Cocoa
1 egg yolk
200 grams of Labneh

Recipe:

For the cream, mix the flour, milk, egg yolks, sugar, put on the stove and stir until it boils.

It is very important to whisk well to get a smooth consistency.

When it starts to boil, add vanilla and continue stirring.

When the cream is cooked, add the labne cheese and whisk well with a mixer.

While the cream is cooling, prepare the coffee mixture to soak the cookies.

Mix granulated coffee, sugar and hot milk and let the coffee dissolve.

Now it's time to combine.

Dampen the cat tongue cookies with coffee and place them in a bowl.

Pour the cream on top.

Continue this in two rows.

And sprinkle cocoa on top to cover the entire surface.

Let it rest overnight and slice and serve the next day.

Tips;

You need to soak the cat tongue cookies well, because the dessert will be in the fridge overnight.

To get a stronger coffee flavor, soak the cookies in espresso.

For a tiramisu close to the original, mascarpone cheese must be used.

Question, is that INSTANT Coffee you are using? Otherwise I don't see how it would work, but it looks delicious.

Soluble coffee. Suitable for this recipe. You can make it with any coffee if you like. Thank you

Soluble Coffee IS instant coffee, you don't have to brew it.

a traditional Italian Tiramisu uses Mascarpone cheese, while I use Labne cheese.

Different cheeses in terms of structure, mascarpone cheese is used in Italy. It has a lower salt content and is more suitable for making desserts. Since I can't always find it, I prefer labne cheese.
