Hi everyone, today I make a short animation for the contest of Cosmic Creations, this week's theme was "AI with a human touch", then I tried to convert an AI generated image in an entire sequence using my editing skills.

Creation Process:

First, I create an AI image in the discord server of Alien art Hive , with the prompt: "Giant mothership over a city", the result looks good.

Primero, creo una imagen de IA en el servidor de discord de Alien art Hive , con la indicación: "Nave gigante sobre una ciudad", el resultado luce bien.

In the page of Clipdrop , I remove the weird artifact below the mothership.

En la pagina de Clipdrop, remuevo el extraño artefacto debajo de la nave nodriza.

Using my airbrush I correct some details in the mothership.

Usando mi aerografo corrijo algunos detalles en la nave nodriza.

Then I separate the mothership from the background using the edition tools of Clipdrop page.

Entonces separo la nave del fondo usando las herramientas de edición de la pagina de Clipdrop.

Using a layer with the luminic effect in Paint Tool Sai, I make it appear that the spaceship lights turn on.

Usando una capa con el efecto luminico en Paint Tool Sai, hago parecer que las luces de la nave se encienden.

Now I change the colors of the background with a multiply layer and a luminic effect.

Ahora cambio los colores de el fondo con una capa de multiplicar y un efecto lumínico.

Then I draw a small beam of light coming out of the spaceship, and then a bigger one.

Entonces dibujo un pequeño rayo de luz viniendo de la nave nodriza, y entonces uno mas grande.

I edit the sequence using Sony Vegas Pro 11, scaling the mothership and doing transitions between the images.

Edito la secuencia usando Sony Vegas Pro 11, escalando la nave nodriza y haciendo transiciones entre las imagenes.

Now, I export the entire video in PNG images.

Ahora, exporto el video entero en imagenes PNG.

Finally, I make the Gif, using a google colab notebook, because another alternatives are limited.

I hope you liked it ^^, I was having troubles with the size of the gif, so I had to compress it several times.
