These are all entrepreneurs, and not the kind that is unemployed and uses the word to look smart. These are all certified companies, artisans, crafters with licenses.
And I agree with you, this is the future, we need to promote this and spread the word.
The way forward seems to be a few steps backwards... to simpler, more honest and less is more things.
