Three in a row.

In sport this would be considered a huge achievement to win any competition three times in a row.

I guess that it loses the glamour when you are only playing against yourself. I'm still happy to get writing properly again though and will take the win. It's easier to write during the week as there is too much to distract me at the weekends.

I have to put in the time where i can and be productive when i can. Today is one of the productive days. A good day to get things done.

With the splinterlands season ending yesterday is time to reset my deck for battles rather than rent. That always takes a few hours as i rent out as many cards as possible on the last day to get the good returns. Then i have to wait for them to become free and set up my cards for fighting again.

My car needs a bit of work so when i was down home yesterday for a game of golf. I called into a couple of local mechanics and booked in for one to fix my exhaust this morning. Dropped it in at 9 this morning and picked it back up at three. It's handy to do it there since my parents house is near and i could pass a few hours with a cup of tea and the chat while i waited.

While i was there i opened the laptop for a few hours and did up my splinterlands report card for this season. Another 100k in rentals but no great cards to speak of. Followed up with my daily leofinance post and replying to the comments form yesterday as well as reading a few articles and adding some comments of my own. It's all about the engagement people. 😜

Phew.

That kept me going for a while as i finished my daily splinterlands quest and added a few posts to twitter and noise.cash. These only take a few minutes but i think that they are important to spread the word and get more eyes on hive content. It's part of my daily routine.

That just brings me up to now and watching an episode on Netflix. Going with the new season of, "Lost in Space." I like the first two and it's good to have a new show to watch. I've been looking for something to pass the rest of the week. That and get the car insured for next year.

Unfortunately there is still dinner with the inlaws, JK. Pick up the kid and get back home before i can settle for the night but it's been a productive day. You don't feel the time passing when your busy and it's much better to be busy than looking around you waiting for the time to pass.

It's great to get these bits done as they are all small items on the list and daily tasks that need to get done.
