Slept in a bit this morning so I needed be be as efficient as possiable to still get to work on time. Luckily I was fresh enough to do a bit of a faster session. So I jogged to my regular one kilometre loop to warm up then pushed the pace a bit for about 750m on a slight down hill then took it easy for about 250m on a 20 metre elevation gain hill. Did that 4 times and jogged home for a quick core workout and shower.
