My Actifit Report Card: September 22 2023

Busy day at work installing some lights into a control room. I set up a lazer to try and keep everything square and level. The lazer made the job a bit easier, except I had to work off a large platform ladder as we were unable to get a sissor lift into the room.

Up and down the ladder most of the day was a workout and helped build a decent

Other than the work walking and climbing, I did an early morning run/walk and a bit of even core strenthing session.
