My Vo2 max is on the move and in the right direction. It would be nice to see it in the purple zone. Hopefully, it will start to show in my running times soon.

I missed five days of running with a head cold, but I still got some nice stats for the past 4 weeks.

This activity count was made up of a morning run, work walking, and an evening weight training session.
