Today and in all times, reading has been the protagonist of knowledge. In all times there has been a love of reading, some people more than others, but it has existed. For many people reading means a lot, it is the art of cultivating the exercise of the mind, and it improves writing skills. For others it means an obligation, a waste of time, or simply something not so much fun.

I personally believe and think that reading is a door that opens a world immersed in knowledge.

Reading apart from being a very entertaining act, allows us to build, develop and perfect our language, and best of all is that it is at a very low price, because today you do not only need a book physically, you can have it by downloading it from the various applications that exist, you can check them out from libraries, or you can simply get it through a loan from a friend or acquaintance. In short, you don't necessarily need to buy a book to enjoy that pleasure.

We can learn new languages, it helps us to concentrate more easily, learn words that we did not know and thus enrich our vocabulary because we will inevitably add new words.

Many of us create a habit of reading, either because our parents instilled it in us, or in some cases we are inclined to it as an unknown love ready to know and live adventures.

We as parents should try to encourage reading in our children. Making it fun, because otherwise they will see it as a waste of time that could be used to play.

It is something fun and exciting to start a book and feel so caught up in it that it is difficult to put it down to do some other activity, or some other task that has priority. When a book catches us we are more thirsty to go on and on reading, until we find the end of what we are living, whether it is pleasant or not. If the book manages to be part of us, we will not rest until we reach the last page, and in this way we will be able to let go and say goodbye to it to start a new one.

I once read that a good reader was made, not born. So let's make a good book catch us and open the doors of the world immersed in knowledge.

La Lectura como la puerta a un mundo sumergido en el conocimiento

Hoy y en todos los tiempos, la lectura ha sido protagonista del conocimiento. En todas las épocas ha existido el amor a la lectura, unas personas más que otras, pero ha existido. Para muchas personas leer significa mucho, es el arte de cultivar el ejercicio de la mente, y mejora las habilidades de la escritura. Para otros significa una obligación, una pérdida de tiempo, o sencillamente algo no tan divertido.

Yo creo y pienso, personalmente; que la lectura es una puerta que abre un mundo sumergido en el conocimiento.

Leer aparte de ser un acto muy entretenido, nos permite construir, desarrollar y perfeccionar nuestro lenguaje, y lo mejor de todo es que es a un precio muy bajo, porque hoy en día no solo necesitas un libro físicamente, puede tenerlo descargándolo de las aplicaciones variadas que existen, puedes retirarlos de las bibliotecas, o sencillamente puedes obtenerlo a través de un préstamo de algún amigo o conocido. En fin no necesariamente necesitas comprar un libro para disfrutar de ese placer.

Podemos aprender nuevos idiomas, nos ayuda a concentrarnos con mayor facilidad, aprender palabras que desconocíamos y de esta manera enriquecer nuestro vocabulario porque inevitablemente iremos agregando nuevas palabras.

Muchos de nosotros creamos un hábito de lectura, ya sea porque nuestros padres nos lo inculcaron, o en algunos casos nos inclinamos a ella como un amor desconocido listo para conocer y vivir aventuras.

Nosotros como padres debemos de tratar de fomentar la lectura en nuestros niños. Haciéndolo divertido, porque si no ellos lo verán como una pérdida de tiempo que pudieran aprovechar para jugar.

Es algo divertido y apasionante comenzar un libro y sentirse tan atrapado en él que es difícil dejarlo para hacer alguna otra actividad, o alguna otra tarea que tenga prioridad. Cuando un libro nos atrapa tenemos más sed de seguir y seguir leyendo, hasta encontrar el fin ya sea agradable o no de lo que estamos viviendo. Si el libro logra ser parte de nosotros no descansaremos hasta llegar hasta su última página, y de esta manera lograremos soltarlo y despedirlo para comenzar uno nuevo.

Un vez leí que el buen lector se hacía no nacía. Entonces hagamos que un buen libro nos atrape y nos abra las puertas del mundo sumergido en el conocimiento.
