Prepare this rich recipe for sweet bread or pineapple

Sweet bread has been a quintessential snack that can be accompanied with a cup of hot chocolate, coffee with milk, tea, juice or even a soft drink. All Venezuelan bakeries offer a variety of sweet breads, but the best known is the pineapple type.

It is called pineapple because of its appearance, because of the way they look when they are baked all stuck together in the shape of a pineapple. It is difficult to find a house in Venezuela where people have not eaten sweet bread. They have even made memes where they say that it won't hurt to have a coffee if it is not accompanied by a Sweet bread.

There is a great variety, some add anise, others add vanilla, and others use buttery essences, banana essence, among others.

Today I am going to share with you my recipe for sweet bread, I particularly do not add essences, I like the unique flavor of the bread as it is, its sweet dough is enough to delight you.

Ingredients:

500 grams of all-purpose flour
210 ml of water
15 grams of yeast
5 grams of salt
100 grams of sugar
30 grams of lard or butter
1 egg
1 additional egg for glazing

Preparation:

Dissolve the yeast in a small portion of water taken from the 200 ml, reserve the remaining water.

2.jpg

In a bowl mix all the ingredients (including the reserved water), and add the dissolved yeast. Knead for about 20 minutes, if you do it in a mixer, knead for 8 minutes.

Let the dough rest for 15 minutes covered.

After 15 minutes degas the dough and cut portions of 60 grams each. There are approximately 15 loaves.

8.jpg

Form balls with the weighed portions and place them on a tray previously buttered. Let them rest for two hours.

9.jpg

10.jpg

Brush the loaves with a mixture of 1 egg yolk and milk (another option is to brush them with butter and sprinkle with sugar when they come out of the oven)

Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 20 minutes.

Remove from the oven and sprinkle with sugar.

I want to tell you that in my previous post I published my recipe for Andean arepas, another typical variety from the Andean states of Venezuela. (I made a beginner's mistake, I did not select the bee hive foodies community before publishing and it was published on my blog).

Thanks for visiting my blog.

The people doing V2K with remote neural monitoring want me to believe this lady @battleaxe is an operator. She is involved deeply with her group and @fyrstikken . Her discord is Battleaxe#1003. I cant prove she is the one directly doing the V2K and RNM. Doing it requires more than one person at the least. It cant be done alone. She cant prove she is not one of the ones doing it. I was drugged in my home covertly, it ended badly. They have tried to kill me and are still trying to kill me. I bet nobody does anything at all. Ask @battleaxe to prove it. I bet she wont. They want me to believe the V2K and RNM in me is being broadcast from her location. And what the fuck is "HOMELAND SECURITY" doing about this shit? I think stumbling over their own dicks maybe? Just like they did and are doing with the Havana Syndrome https://ecency.com/fyrstikken/@fairandbalanced/i-am-the-only-motherfucker-on-the-internet-pointing-to-a-direct-source-for-voice-to-skull-electronic-terrorism
