Review of Café Yautana: nuances of love☕

I had told you that a supermarket had many brands of coffee that I had not yet been able to try. Yesterday I was in Cumaná and I did not miss the opportunity to take one with me to continue expanding my tasting of new coffees. In my country Venezuela there are many brands of coffee, which come in different presentations, flavors, smells, and an endless number of products to choose from. In this opportunity I offer you the Yautana coffee. This coffee is roasted and ground by hand, gourmet type, 100% Arabica coffee, manufactured in the Venezuelan Andes, in the state of Merida, by Alimentos Yautana. The cost of the coffee is a little higher than the coffees I usually drink, but believe me it is worth it.

This coffee is available in the following presentations of ground coffee of 250 grams and 400 grams, as well as coffee beans of 1 kilogram. As for the packaging, its shape makes it stand upright, its vibrant black color makes it look very nice, with metallic coating, it has a degassing valve and easy open closure. It is the second coffee that I get with these similar characteristics.

When I uncovered it, its fruity smell enveloped my nostrils, the color of its ground beans is dark brown, I only needed to taste it, so I did it the best way I know how, with my cloth strainer, I put the water to boil, the sufficient amount of ground coffee in my cloth strainer, when the water began to boil, I began to strain, Each cup of hot water that I added, gave off an enveloping aroma, the color of the intense brown liquid, now to taste it, I placed a good portion of freshly brewed coffee in my Blanquita cup, the soft flavor, with bitter and sweet tones, I simply loved it, while enjoying the taste and smell, I felt connected with my morning ritual.

I recommend this coffee to those coffee lovers who like smooth and balanced coffee flavors, with an intense aroma that invites you to prepare it. I did not keep track of how many cups I drank today, but I can tell you that I drank enough to fall in love with this coffee.
