Hello friends, I hope you are well, today I want to talk to you about how we can help autism children to relate AND improve their social skills so that they can have a better integration with the rest of the children and those around them, as we well know from In general, they always prefer to be alone, since they do not understand the way of acting of others and it generates anger, preventing them from relating and integrating with them.

One of the main things that I have learned and in which they have guided me is that they should create habits at home that help them promote skills to relate, one of them and that perhaps we do not think so important is the greeting, both of arrival and farewell not only with family members but also with anyone who comes to our house, remember that children with autism are very routine and if we make this part of their daily routine it will allow them to interact with another child through the greeting. In the same way, we know that they tend to isolate themselves most of the time, so we must create situations that help them to promote interaction with other children.

In his routine we can include outings to the park or invite neighbors of his age to play at home, we must always remind him of the rules for playing and interacting and reward him when he does it in an excellent way. And one of the most important for me is the practice of sports because these not only help them improve their concentration and skills, in addition to helping them release stress or tension, this helps them relate to other children in a better way.
