Day 28: You are the boss, how will you treat your colleagues and subordinates? // Eres el jefe, ¿Cómo tratarás a tus compañeros y subordinados?
I would treat them as I like and I would like to be treated by my bosses or superiors at work, the first thing would be mutual respect as a basis because I believe that in order to maintain authority, discipline and proper functioning, shouting and disqualifying a staff are not necessary, on the contrary, give them confidence and help them improve each day in their jobs to be better each day in what we do.
The second thing would be to promote love for the company in the workplace, that sense of belonging that makes them want to always be recognized as the best in their area because when we feel comfortable in our work, we love what we do and we feel it our own, it we take care and respect at all times, sometimes it is not just about seeing it as a job or a place to go to work but a home where we can share and feel as a family
Los trataria como me gusta y me gustaría ser tratada por mis jefes o superiores en el trabajo, lo primero sería como base el respeto mutuo pues creo que para mantener la autoridad, disciplina y buen funcionamiento no hacen faltan los gritos y descalificativos a un personal, por el contrario brindarles confianza y ayudarlos a superarse cada día en sus puestos de trabajo para ser cada día mejor en lo que hacemos.
Lo segundo sería fomentar el amor por la empresa a lugar de trabajo, ese sentido de pertenencia que los haga querer siempre ser reconocidos como los mejores en su área pues cuando nos sentimos cómodos en nuestro trabajo, Amamos lo que hacemos y lo sentimos nuestro, lo cuidamos y respetamos en cada momento, a veces no se trata solo de verlo como un empleo o un sitio donde ir a trabajar sino un hogar donde poder compartir y sentirse en familia.
For me the main thing is order and discipline, and I consider that this should always be achieved based on respect, whether I am part of the staff or the boss, I would treat my colleagues the same, always respecting ideas or opinions at all times. but maintaining the order and responsibility that each job requires.
Para mi lo principal es el orden y la disciplina, y considero que esto se debe lograr teniendo siempre como base el respeto, tanto si soy parte del personal como si fuera la jefa trataría igual a mis compañeros, siempre respetando en cada momento ideas u opiniones pero manteniendo el orden y responsabilidad que cada trabajo requiere.
