Un par de pericos cara sucia / A pair of dirty-faced parakeets (Eupsittula pertinax) - (ESP-ENG)

Saludos amigos de #featheredfriends hoy quiero compartir con ustedes las fotos de lindos emplumados, los encontre en una casa de playa, este fin de semana cuando estuve paseando con mi familia. Me llamo mucho la atención verlos fuera de jaula y convivir juntos en esa casa encima de un palo y alli mismo le colocan comida. Mis padres me dijeron que les cortan las alas y los tienen de pequeños conviviendo con ellos y también que le dicen cara sucias porque tienen esos colores amarillo y marrón en la cara.

Greetings friends from #featheredfriends today I want to share the photos of beautiful feathered, I found them in a beach house, this weekend when I was walking with my family. It caught my attention to see them out of a cage and live together in that house on top of a stick and they put food right there. My parents told me that they cut their wings and they have them as children living with them and also that they call them dirty faces because they have those yellow and brown colors on their faces.

Para presentarles a ustedes estos lindos cara sucia he investigado su nombre cientifico: Eupsittula pertinax y les puedo decir que son muy comunes verlos en mi cuidad, de hecho los tienen en venta desde muy pequeños, y los veo en el hombro de las personas mientras caminan en las calles. Entonces creo que es cierto que se acostumbran a sus dueños.

To introduce you to these cute dirty faces I have researched their scientific name: Eupsittula pertinax and I can tell you that they are very common to see in my city, in fact they have them for sale since they were very young, and I see them on people's shoulders while they walk on the streets. So I think it's true that they get used to their owners.

Es bueno saber que no se le puede colocar comidas crudas y les encanta las frutas, flores y semillas. También me llamo la atención que estos pericos pueden vivir entre 10 a 25 años, eso quiere decir que no debemos considerar que pueden ser nuestros compañeros por muchos años.

It's good to know that they can't be put on raw foods and they love fruits, flowers and seeds. It also caught my attention that these parakeets can live between 10 to 25 years, that means that we should not consider that they can be our companions for many years.

Desconozco si este par de cara sucias son macho o hembra, o si son parejas, pero mientras les tome las fotos se pusieron muy juntos y posaron a la camara muy tiernos.

I don't know if this pair of dirty faces are male or female, or if they are couples, but while I took the photos they got very close together and posed for the camera very cute.
