¿Quién soy? #17. Mis apegos/ Who am I? #17.

Saludos a todos aquellos hivens de esta comunidad, a la amiga @damarysvibra, organizadora de las iniciativas ¿quién soy?. Son muy buenos ya que siempre tengo algo que decir de mi misma. En esta oportunidad les voy a compartir algunas cosas a las que me siento apegada y que finalmente tuve que dejarla ir.

Greetings to all those hivens of this community, to the friend @damarysvibra, organizer of the initiatives who I am. They are very good since I always have something to say about myself. In this opportunity I am going to share with you some things that I feel attached to and that I finally had to let go.

En este caso soy de las personas que desde chica siempre he sido de planificar a largo plazo, sobre todo me encanta la idea de tener todo listo para cuando lo necesite. Por eso, me he aficionado a adquirir electrodomésticos que me permitan disfrutar de un hogar más cómodo y eficiente en el futuro. Cada uno de ellos representa una inversión, trabajo en mi bienestar y en mis sueños.

En tiempos pasados cuando mi país era otra, yo recuerdo que siempre iban los promotores de ventas, visitaban los hogares y ofrecían catálogos de productos donde teníamos que vender los productos de belleza, electrodomésticos, etc, y nos ofrecían buenos regalos, a mayor cantidad vendida mejor era el obsequio. A mí me encantaba yo todo lo que tenía que ver con eso alli estaba yo presente.

Recuerdos que en una oportunidad vendí una caja de productos carísimos y por ello me obsequiaron cocina cuatro hornillas, juego de ollas de acero inoxidable de 16 piezas, refractarias, entre otras, todo esto lo tenía acumulado en mi habitación, aquello parecía un almacén de una tienda. Claro estoy viviendo con mi mamá, está no es mi casa, pero yo pensaba en un futuro tenerla. Pasaron muchos años y todas esos artículos guardados de milagro me podía mover en mi habitación de lo full que estaba.

In this case I am one of those people that since I was a child I have always been a long term planner, especially I love the idea of having everything ready for when I need it. That is why I have been fond of acquiring appliances that allow me to enjoy a more comfortable and efficient home in the future. Each one of them represents an investment, I work on my well-being and my dreams.

In times past when my country was different, I remember that sales promoters would always visit homes and offer product catalogs where we had to sell beauty products, appliances, etc., and they would offer us good gifts, the more we sold, the better the gift. I loved everything that had to do with that and I was there.

I remember that one time I sold a box of expensive products and for that I was given a four burner stove, a set of stainless steel pots of 16 pieces, refractory, among others, all this I had accumulated in my room, it looked like a warehouse of a store. Of course I am living with my mother, this is not my house, but I thought in the future I would have it. Many years went by and all those items were stored in my room, it was a miracle that I could move in my room because it was so full.

Sali embarazada de mi hija, ella creció, se enamoro y yo en casa de mamá todavía con mis cosas guardadas. Veinte años después mi hija se casa, ambos jóvenes lo único que tenían era la cama jajajaja, hay no, que locura, no me quedo otra que salir de una gran parte de mis cosas se las regalé a mi hija. No todas no quería salir de ellas, de mi juego de ollas, de vajilla de porcelana, el juego de edredón y los juegos de refractarias 🥹.

Finalmente en año pasado 2024, por fin me despegue de estas últimas cosas que tenía guardadas, comprendí de que es mejor que otros los disfruten, que mejor que mi hija y su familia, total de que nos sirve apegarnos a lo materia, aún vivo en casa de mi mamá y con lo difícil de la situación en mi país, dudo llegar a tener mi casa propia.

Por fin comprendí que todo en este mundo es temporal. Las cosas se rompen, se pierden o pasan de moda. Al aferrarme a los objetos, estaba tratando de detener el tiempo, lo cual es imposible. Aceptar la naturaleza efímera de las cosas nos permite vivir el presente con mayor plenitud y apreciar cada momento

daughter gets married, both young people the only thing they had was the bed hahahaha, there is no, what madness, I had no choice but to leave a large part of my things I gave them to my daughter. Not all of them I did not want to get out of them, my set of pots, porcelain tableware, the quilt set and the refractory sets 🥹.

Finally last year 2024, I finally got rid of these last things that I had kept, I understood that it is better that others enjoy them, who better than my daughter and her family, what good does it do to stick to the material, I still live in my mother's house and with the difficult situation in my country, I doubt I will ever have my own house.

I finally understood that everything in this world is temporary. Things break, get lost or go out of style. By holding on to objects, I was trying to stop time, which is impossible. Accepting the ephemeral nature of things allows us to live in the present more fully and appreciate each moment.
