Greetings to all these beautiful ladies of this prestigious community @ladiesofhive, I find it an excellent topic, I will base this blog on this scenario.

Scenario 2: a girl of reputation 58 is frustrated because her latest post has been rejected halfway through her payment by a Watchdog account that accuses her of plagiarism. She gets angry and vows to leave Hive. What could you do to help resolve the situation? Tell her to relax? Another? Thoughts.

I know some users who have left hive precisely because of those same scenarios, not as much as described in the first scenario, I would say more towards scenario N° 2, it is what has affected most of the users of this platform.
Let me tell you that in order to advise and help those people, the best way is that I have gone through those same experiences, and based on those experiences have the way to express and encourage them to continue on. I would tell you how has been my experience in the time I have in the same and how I have done to overcome such a situation, just last week I went through something similar in a community, where I uploaded a blog, almost always I am very careful trying to comply with the rules, apparently everything was fine when suddenly I received a notification that surprised me, the only thing I thought was that they had not read the blog as such and that they only gave a glance over it, I clarified them very calmly I exposed my point of view, presenting my argument with logic, that they were wrong, and then I received another notification them trying to rectify, leaving my blog practically in zero 😔😔, and giving an incentive so I do not feel so bad, because of their mistake, this does not discourage me on the contrary, these are things that happen 😁.
Now good I would start by telling them: ***That these are situations that must be taken with great maturity, tell them my experience but I still remain in hive, that it has happened to me in particular, but that is not a reason to give up, we must persevere, that there are other communities, we must take the good out of the negative, suddenly we must improve some things in our blog, that everything works for good, little by little the little bag is filling up 😁, that in hive there are users as well as administrators and moderators who are excellent people providing support and words of encouragement, that if we read other blogs we will realize that we are not the only ones who have gone through the same thing and still remain in hive, we must persevere, be optimistic, try again in short, there are many more tips to persuade users and more when it comes to family members to continue on this platform. And if you ask me what happened to you in a last publication, I would tell you that for one publication you will stop writing, because you have to take into account that there are others who have read, voted and commented.
All users on this platform have gone through different situations and still remain on it and do not give up easily like me 😁 let them leave their immaturity and move on. I tell them how well I have done on hive, not so much me, also that person who tries to quit, I would culminate with try again, and try again, until you regain your self confidence, and not be defeated by circumstances, it is temporary and everything passes, good times will come.

Escenario 2: una chica de reputación 58 está frustrada porque su última publicación ha sido rechazada a la mitad de su pago por una cuenta de Watchdog que la acusa de plagio. Ella se enoja y jura dejar Hive. ¿Qué podrías hacer para ayudar a resolver la situación? ¿Decirle que se relaje? ¿Otro? ¿Pensamientos.

Conozco algunos usuarios que han dejado hive precisamente por esos mismos escenarios, no tanto como lo describen en el primer escenario, yo diría más hacia el escenario N° 2, es lo que más a afectado a gran parte de usuarios de esta plataforma.
Permítame decirles que para aconsejar y ayudar a esas personas, la mejor forma es que yo haya pasado por esas mismas experiencias, y basado en las mismas tener la forma de expresar y animar a continuar en adelante. Les contaría como ha Sido sido mi experiencia en el tiempo que tengo en la misma y como he echo para superar tal situación, precisamente la semana pasada pase por algo similar en una comunidad, dónde subí un blog, casi siempre tengo mucho cuidado tratando de cumplir con las reglas, aparentemente todo estaba bien cuando de repente recibí una notificación que me sorprendió, lo único que pensé fue que no habían leído el blog como tal y que solo le dieron un vistazo por encima, les aclare con mucha calma expuse mi punto de vista, presentando mi argumento con lógica, que estaban equivocados, y luego recibí otra notificación ellos tratando de rectificar, dejando mi blog prácticamente en cero 😔😔, y dando un incentivo para que no me sienta tan mal, por la equivocacion de ellos, esto no me desánimo todo lo contrario, son cosas que pasan 😁.
Ahora buen yo comenzaría diciéndoles: ***Que estas son situaciones que hay que tomarlas con mucha madurez, contarles mi experiencia pero que aún yo permanezco en hive, que a mí particularmente me ha pasado, pero que no es motivo para rendirse, hay que ser perseverante, que hay otras comunidades, hay que sacar lo bueno de lo negativo, de repente hay que mejorar algunas cosas en nuestros blog, que todo obra para bien, de poquito en poquito se va llenando el saquito 😁, que en hive hay tanto usuarios como administradores y moderadores que son excelentes personas brindando apoyo y palabras de estímulos, que si leemos otros blog nos daremos cuentas que no somos los únicos que han pasado por lo mismo y que aún permanecen en hive, hay que perseverar, ser optimista, volverlo a intentar en fin, hay muchos consejos más para persuadir a los usuarios y más cuando se trata de familiares a continuar en esta plataforma. Y si me sacan que les ocurrió en una última publicación les diría que por una publicación va a dejar de escribir, pues tienen que tomar en cuenta que hay otras que le han leído, votado y comentado.
Todos los usuarios en esta plataforma han pasado por diferentes situaciones y aún permanecen en ella y no se rinden fácilmente como yo 😁, que dejen su inmadurez y sigan adelante. Les hablo lo bien que me ha ido en hive, no tanto a mí, también esa persona que trata de dejarlo, culminaría con inténtalo de nuevo, y vuelve intentarlo, hasta que recobres la confianza en si mismo, y no dejarse vencer por las circunstancias, es temporal y todo pasa, llegarán momentos buenos.
