Juego de coordinación rítmica con las manos (Ritmo y colores) // Rhythmic hand coordination game (Rhythm and colors)

Hola mi gente creativa e innovadora, espero que se encuentren bien, rebosantes de salud y repletos de energías positivas, quien les saluda @nanyuris y en esta oportunidad quiero compartir con ustedes un juego de coordinación rítmica con las manos, titulado ritmo y colores, que pueden desarrollar en sus hogares, disfrutarlo en familia, también lo pueden aplicar en los ambientes de aprendizaje, es oportuno mencionar que para esta actividad solo necesita papel de colores y motivación, pues es una divertida forma de ejercitar nuestros hemisferios cerebrales.

Como docente especialista me encanta buscar e implementar diferentes estrategias para incentivar a mis estudiantes, donde el juego se convierte en una poderosa estrategia didáctica, pues a través de este juego de coordinación rítmica podemos estimular la creatividad, lateralidad, ritmo, atención, memoria, concentración, percepción visual y el pensamiento lógico, entre otros procesos cognitivos, considero que es esencial para el reconocimiento e identificación de colores, también contribuye con la agilidad mental . Desde mi punto de vista es una magnifica actividad por dos razones, primero les encanta a los niños y segundo favorece el desarrollo integral.

Sin más preámbulo continuamos con el proceso:

Para esta actividad necesitamos un blog de papel lustrillo y tomaremos varios pliegues: 1 de color rojo, 1 de color amarillo, 1 de color azul oscuro y 1 de color verde claro, es decir 4 pliegues en total, los cuales serán recortaremos a la mitad, que servirán como especie de secuencia .

Desarrollo del juego:

Colocamos en una mesa los diversos papeles de colores en secuencia y realizaremos diversos movimientos con las manos siguiendo un ritmo determinado, donde el estudiante observará posteriormente repetirá los movimientos o las secuencia visualizada.

Aprovecho la ocasión para mencionar que esta actividad la pueden realizar con niños, jóvenes y adultos, porque interviene como una increíble gimnasia cerebral, con todo respeto los invito a practicar este grandioso juego rítmico, desde mi experiencia ha sido fascinante con resultados satisfactorio, además los niños han expresados el agrado por el mismo y al ver en su rostro una sonrisa mientras realizamos el juego es el mayor de los premios. En esta oportunidad lo realizamos con las manos, pero también lo pueden hacer con los pies, disfrutando de un fondo musical, que divertido verdad, solo tienes que adaptarlo y veras que pasaran un momento agradable.

As a specialist teacher I love to look for and implement different strategies to encourage my students, where the game becomes a powerful teaching strategy, because through this rhythmic coordination game we can stimulate creativity, laterality, rhythm, attention, memory, concentration, visual perception and logical thinking, among other cognitive processes, I believe it is essential for the recognition and identification of colors, it also contributes to mental agility. From my point of view it is a great activity for two reasons, first children love it and secondly it favors the integral development.

Without further ado, let's continue with the process:

For this activity we need a blog of lustrillo paper and we will take several folds: 1 red, 1 yellow, 1 dark blue and 1 light green, that is 4 folds in total, which will be cut in half, which will serve as a kind of sequence.

Development of the game:

We place on a table the different colored papers in sequence and we will make different movements with our hands following a certain rhythm, where the student will observe and then repeat the movements or the visualized sequence.

I take this opportunity to mention that this activity can be done with children, youth and adults, because it intervenes as an incredible brain gymnastics, with all due respect I invite you to practice this great rhythmic game, from my experience it has been fascinating with satisfactory results, in addition the children have expressed their liking for it and to see on their face a smile while we play the game is the greatest of prizes. In this opportunity we do it with their hands, but they can also do it with their feet, enjoying a musical background, what a fun truth, you just have to adapt it and you will see that they will have a nice time.
