Qué interesante el Método Feynman // How interesting the Feynman Method

Hola mi gente creativa innovadora, espero que se encuentren bien, rebosantes de salud y repletos de energías positivas, quién les saluda @nanyuris y hoy quiero compartir un poco sobre el Método Feynman el cual es una técnica de estudio que te permitirá recordar y aprender un determinado tema de una forma efectiva y rápida a través de la explicación , dicha técnica fue creada por el profesor de física Richard feynman quién se dio cuenta a través de su experiencia como docente qué si explicamos a nuestros estudiantes a través de un lenguaje sencillo comprenden mejor el tema desarrollado, durante este proceso podemos utilizar un lenguaje coloquial, lo interesante de esta técnica es que la podemos estudiar explicando y además la podemos implementar en cualquier área de conocimiento a través de 4 pasos, que interesante verdad!

En efecto está técnica tan interesante indica cuatro paso, donde el primero consiste en escribir en una hoja el tema central, es decir , el nombre de lo que vamos a estudiar , cómo una especie de titulo, en este segmento me gusta utilizar colores para resaltar el tema y captar mejor la información, porque considero que los colores estimulan el cerebro, luego de escribir el título debemos indagar sobre el mismo (leer sobre el tema), con relación al segundo paso nos estimula a redactar utilizando nuestra propias palabras, de una forma clara y sencilla, aquí vamos a realizar como una especie de análisis recordando lo leído, para luego explicarlo en voz alta ,como si estuviéramos dando una clase o haciendo una exposición.

Aquí les cuento cómo yo lo hago: Me colocó frente al espejo y me imagino que estoy en una conferencia y comienzo a explicar el tema central como si estuviese frente a una gran audiencia, cuando realmente estoy sola en mi habitación o en la sala de mi hogar.

En cuanto al tercer paso aquí tenemos que releer y reescribir, en este proceso aprovechamos para complementar la información, mientras que el cuarto paso nos fomenta a repetir el proceso hasta entenderlo y asimilarlo, pues el éxito de esta técnica está en la asimilación que nos va a permitir a nosotros recordar lo estudiado al repasarlo.
