Good Morning

I took it easy today as far as workouts were concerned. The morning was really cool, and so I did go out for a walk. I mean, why would I miss a lovely outing. That was most of the exercise for the day.

There was a lot of work to do and most outside. That's the most I had been outdoors since the lockdown started. 😊. Anyway, I did find some time for the mind and soul fitness.

How did that go?

Since I was up early in the morning, I did manage to find a reasonable amount of time for meditation. That was good, and then there was still ample time for Ho'oponopono. I had about twenty minutes of the session, and I was glad I took out the time. For those wanting to learn more about Ho'oponopono, here is my write-up on the topic.

Have fun reading and practicing. Though I went slow on weights and stamina, I did continue with mind and soul. In effect, I did keep up with my fitness regime. That feeling is good. 😊
