Saludos amantes del buen comer, feliz viernes para todos, quiero compartir mi almuerzo de hoy, arroz con pollo, salchicha y aceitunas, espero que les guste y lo preparen en casa.

Ingredientes:

• Muslos y alitas de pollo
• Salsa de ajo y soya
• Dos zanahorias, dos papas, dos huevos y media cebolla
• Una taza de arroz ya cocido
• Aceitunas y salchichas
• Mayonesa y mostaza
• Medio cubito
• Sal.

Colocar los muslos y alitas a cocinar en una olla con agua hirviendo, cuando ya este listo lo desmechamos.

Cortamos en cuadritos media zanahoria y cebolla, en rodajas las salchichas y por la mitad las aceitunas, sofreímos la zanahoria, salchichas y cebolla en un sartén con un chorrito de aceite, agregamos el pollo condimentamos con salsa de ajo, soya y cubito dejamos que cocine unos minutos antes de añadir las aceitunas.

Por último prepare la ensalada para ello cocine las papas, zanahoria y huevos cuando estuvieron los corte en cuadritos y adereze con mayonesa, mostaza, vinagre, sal y mezcle bien para que todo quedara integrado.
