Feliz domingo tengan todos, algo que no como mucho, pero que me encanta es el pescado, aproveche que una vecina estaba vendiendo y compre así que hoy hice para el almuerzo filet de pescado.

Los ingredientes:

• Filet de pescado
• Salsa de ajo
• Salsa soya
• Sal
• Pan rallado.
• Aceite.

Me encanto el pescado que compre porque ya estaba limpio y sin espinas, así que lo que hice fue sazonarlo con salsa de ajo, soya y sal.

I love the fish I buy because it was already clean and boneless, so what I did was season it with garlic sauce, soy and salt.

Luego en un sarten agregar aceite y dejar calentar para agregar los filetes que previamente hemos pasado por pan, dejar freir y que doren por ambos lados.

Then in a pan add oil and let it heat up to add the fillets that we have previously passed for bread, let it fry and brown on both sides.

Por último emplatar, acompañe mi pescado con arroz y rodajas de tomate y cebolla aderezadas con vinagre, aceite y sal, un plato delicioso, sencillo y nutritivo, espero les haya gustado.
