Saludos mamis y papis de esta hermosa comunidad de Motherhood, aquí me encuentro nuevamente compartiendo mi vida como mamá.

Empezaron las vacaciones y los padres comenzamos a buscar maneras de manejar mejor el tiempo para poder cubrir el tiempo de ocio, les confieso que yo he buscado varias opciones pero todas son costosas.

Greetings mommies and daddies from this beautiful community of Motherhood, here I am again sharing my life as a mom.

The holidays began and parents began to look for ways to better manage time to be able to cover leisure time, I confess that I have looked for several options but they are all expensive.

La actividad física, el juego y el tiempo al aire libre son fundamentales en el proceso de crecimiento y desarrollo de niños y adolescentes, porque permite que adopten estilos de vida más saludables a futuro.
Es por eso que nos hemos propuesto mi esposo y yo tratar de hacer más actividades recreativas con ellos sobretodo con Andrea mi hija menor.

Este fin de semana empezamos llevándola al parque más grande y conocido de mi ciudad que se llama "La Vereda del Lago".

Physical activity, play and time outdoors are essential in the growth and development process of children and adolescents, because it allows them to adopt healthier lifestyles in the future.
That is why my husband and I have decided to try to do more recreational activities with them, especially with Andrea, my youngest daughter.

This weekend we started by taking her to the largest and most well-known park in my city called "La Vereda del Lago".

Cuando llegamos Andrea lo primero que nos pidió hacer fue caminar y ver el Lago, trataba de buscar en la orilla algún pez u otro animal pero no encontramos ninguno.

When we arrived Andrea the first thing he asked us to do was walk and see the Lake, he tried to look for some fish or other animal on the shore but we didn't find any.

Luego fuimos al parque donde se subió a todos los juegos que veía, a ella le encanta el tobogán y había varios, cosa que disfrutó mucho, me encantó verla correr e interactuar con los demás niños que allí estaban.

Then we went to the park where she went on all the games she saw, she loves the slide and there were several, which she enjoyed a lot, I loved seeing her run and interact with the other children who were there.

Por último alquilamos una bicicleta, lo bueno es que estaban preparados para aquellos niños que todavía no sabían manejar con dos ruedas como en el caso de Andrea y habían bicicletas de tres ruedas parecidas a un triciclo, ella recorrió todo el parque pero cuando se cayó no quiso conducir más y la devolvimos.

Lastly, we rented a bicycle, the good thing is that they were prepared for those children who still did not know how to drive with two wheels, as in the case of Andrea, and there were three-wheeled bicycles similar to a tricycle, she traveled the entire park but when she fell she did not wanted to drive more and we returned it.

La pasamos muy bien y le dijimos que pronto volveríamos, pero a la piscina ya que dentro de parque también hay un parque acuático que nos encantaría conocer.
