Tengo tantos recuerdos de mi infancia sobre todo con mis hermanos viendo nuestros canales de televisión favoritos, más que todo disfrutaba de ver Disney Channel, Discovery Kids, Nick y Cartoon Network, esos canales eran los más geniales en la época de los 2000s, recuerdo ver mucho la televisión los fines de semana y después de llegar de clases, realmente no soy tan mayor para decir que veía cosas más antiguas pero estos canales me acompañaron en mi niñez y adolescencia. Recuerdo que pasaban propagandas de los juguetes que estaban siendo más populares y querer tenerlos de regalo de Navidad o Niño Jesús cómo lo hacen aqui en Venezuela. Una de las cosas que más quería y que siempre veía en la televisión era la Heladeria Kreisel y después de un tiempo mi mamá la compró y estábamos viciados mis hermanos y yo haciendo helados de frutas o de bebidas que eran de chocolate como el toddy o de algun derivado de la leche.

Recuerdo que mi hermano que es tres años mayor que yo siempre veía la televisión y aún lo hace, el tiene una memoria increíble por lo que se acuerda de muchos programas de televisión que todos veíamos. Recuerdo ver Sábado Sensacional un programa de televisión de Venezuela y también ver Don Francisco con mi mamá. Incluso recuerdo que esos tiempos eran de muchas telenovelas buenas y aunque yo era una niña no me las perdía y me encantaba verlas con mi abuela, poder hablar con ella sobre todos esos dramas y romances que veíamos era uno de mis momentos favoritos de estar con ella. También tengo recuerdos de ver mil veces en la televisión la película de El Extraño mundo de Jack el cual se convirtió en una de mis películas favoritas de mi infancia y que aún me encanta. También recuerdo ver Caso Cerrado con mi hermano y cómo nos reíamos de la personalidad partícular de la Doctora Polo, sin duda eran momentos de risas que nunca olvidaré.

Con el tiempo y la actualización de la tecnología ya empecé a dejar de ver televisión, llegaron los teléfonos luego las mejoras en la computación y eso hizo que quisiera estar más en internet por qué a qué persona no le parecía genial poder estar en internet y jugar o incluso poder comunicarse con otros a través de redes sociales. Y aunque ahora ya no tenga como pasatiempo el ver televisión de vez en cuando quiero poder tomarme un tiempo para ver qué hay de nuevo en la televisión y se que hay muchos cambios y cosas nuevas y cómo niña nacida en los 90s siempre me parecerá mejor lo viejo de la televisión jaja. Eran momentos dónde nos uniamos como familia, como hermanos y pasábamos un momento muy divertido viendo nuestros programas favoritos, momentos que nunca olvidaré.

I have so many memories of my childhood especially with my brothers watching our favorite TV channels, most of all I enjoyed watching Disney Channel, Discovery Kids, Nick and Cartoon Network, those channels were the coolest in the 2000s, I remember watching a lot of TV on weekends and after school, I'm not really old enough to say that I watched older stuff but these channels accompanied me in my childhood and adolescence. I remember that they would show commercials of the toys that were becoming more popular and wanting to have them as Christmas or Baby Jesus presents like they do here in Venezuela. One of the things that I wanted the most and that I always saw on TV was the Kreisel ice cream parlor and after a while my mom bought it and my brothers and I were addicted to making fruit ice cream or chocolate drinks like toddy or some milk derivative.

I remember my brother who is three years older than me always watched TV and still does, he has an incredible memory so he remembers many TV shows we all used to watch. I remember watching Sábado Sensacional a TV show from Venezuela and also watching Don Francisco with my mom. I even remember that those times were of many good soap operas and even though I was a little girl I did not miss them and I loved to watch them with my grandmother, being able to talk to her about all those dramas and romances we watched was one of my favorite moments to be with her. I also have memories of watching a thousand times on TV the movie of Jack's Strange World which became one of my favorite movies of my childhood and I still love it. I also remember watching Case Closed with my brother and how we laughed at Dr. Polo's unique personality, without a doubt those were moments of laughter that I will never forget.

As time went by and technology updated and I started to stop watching TV, phones came along and then computer improvements and that made me want to be more on the internet because what person didn't think it was great to be on the internet and play games or even communicate with others through social networks. And although now I no longer have as a hobby to watch TV from time to time I want to take some time to see what's new on TV and I know that there are many changes and new things and as a child born in the 90s I will always find better the old TV haha. Those were moments where we bonded as a family, as siblings and had a fun time watching our favorite shows, moments that I will never forget.
