Unpack the emotional baggage first then lead to a healthy life

Hello friends !

We all know health is the real wealth .But what do we do to be healthy? Just eating well and exercising are not enough to be healthy . Yes, both nutritious food and workout are important but these alone are not enough .

We become healthy only when we work on all three factors – physically, mentally and emotionally.

Today i want to be focus on emotional health .

If you are carrying a lot of emotional baggage from your past, can you stay healthy?

There are many emotional baggage like fear, depression, gulit , enger , suppressed the feeling etc.

This emotional burden will not let us progress further towards a healthy life. Because due to this you feel stressed and tired all the time. you feel headache and other health issues . You are not even able to focus on your work.

If you feel tired you will not be able to workout , And when we don’t feel well, we crave to eat unhealthy food.

So we have to first unpack all that burden which is preventing us from becoming healthy. In today's world live for yourself, don't for others , don't think too much how someone think or act , Because no one else will think about how you are feeling. Not even your husband , kids and others .
Because if we continue doing this, we will end up burdening our inner self with lots of bad feelings .

So to become healthy, first of all start living for yourself. And we should express how we are feeling, If someone is hurting , tell them and stop them. Tell whatever you feel without thinking that it will hurt others, Because if you don't do this once, it will happen to you again and again. And slowly you will fill yourself with so much baggage that it will not let you be healthy and happy. Yes, you can say your thing using right words and being polite, But it is important to express it.



This is my entry for the @indiaunited contest , the question was do you consider yourself healthy?

My answer is , yes , now i start to unpack that burden and trying to lead to a healthy life 🙂🙂. Alongwith trying to connect with nature, do evening walking and have healthy food 🙂.

The real health is become healthy with physically, mentally and emotionally.

If you want to fly , give up everything that weighs you down : buddha .

So, if we want to really happy and healthy live for yourself , don't think what other thinks and live a happy healthy shining life 🧬.

Is par to ek series hi ban sakti hain.
You know the funny this internet is full of people talking about mental health and the baggage, but no one truly knows what it feels like. It's easy for someone to "Yaar move on!!!" but the truth is it's quite difficult and I am talking about the big guns, guilty regrets. And it's not like you go to bed with positive videos and next day morning you wake up with any memories of what happened or these baggage gone. Nope...

Unless you are ready to forgive and forget it's not going anywhere.

True … sach me isse niklana bhut mushkil h … me to daily ye baggage Bharte hi jaa rhi thi … but Abhi sach me bhut jyada feel hone lga tha … ek sath to hum sab thik nhi kr sakte … but shayd chote chote steps kar sakte h …

Par ye fear wala mere liye bhut difficult h

Aur hum ye try kr sakte h ki ese aur na badhaye 😅😅

Mental health is the most important, you cannot be bitter and become better, we need to be good inward, concentration on important goals increases when we are mentally sound
