To make coconut coriander chutney we need few ingredients and can simply make it in less time . There are many variations to make this chuteny. You can make it only with coconut or can add coriander and mint leaves . You can make it with fresh or frozen coconut powder or can use coconut pieces for it .
We need to just grind the coconut with green chill , coriander leaves and salt. Pour a hot tempering made by oil in the chutney and enjoy it with any dishes like dosa , idli , uttapm , vada or sandwiches.
