She went to a cardiologist today, he said that something is not right but does not know what, of course, she will have more tests. My daughter is going to take me to the cemetery next weekend. I am sure that you have heard the saying when it rains, it pours. That is how I feel about everything.

We don't have that expression here but I know what it means and how it feels.
Here we say (translated) an accident never stands on its own.
I have not heard "an accident never stands on its own." But it makes perfect sense. I will use it and see if people here know what I am saying.
