Garden Journal Challenge April: My Garden

đ±đșWelcome to my blogđșđ±
Hello #Hivegarden. Iâm sharing my monthly garden report as part of the April challenge.
It rained for four days straightâquite heavily and for several hours at a time. That motivated my husband and me to clear the weeds and fertilize the plants. Itâs great news to see that the milkweed is blooming and we can already see the small fruit.
So we widened the furrow and sprayed Triple 15 around the plant, following its shadow. The kitten started playing with the tool. But that didnât stop us from taking care of the plantâs needs.

Weâve also noticed that the ixora, which we pruned two months ago, now has larger shoots and looks much fuller.
The lily, the ixora, the cayenne (hibiscus), and the trinitaria (bougainvillea) have already started to bloom. Heart-shaped plants grow well and are long-lasting.
Weâre happyâitâs been just a year since we moved into our new home, and the garden is coming along nicely. Even though we donât have much landâjust 6 square metersâthe milkweed is already blooming, the lemon tree is growing, and so is the annatto. Itâs very satisfying to see how each plant is thriving, seeing that our dedication is paying off.
My love for the earth has been very strong since childhood; Iâve grown up with a deep interest in gardensâfrom my motherâs, to the one at the rented house, to the one in the countryside, and now my own garden. Wow, Iâm happy about all these achievements whenever I see a flower or fruit.
It hasnât rained yesterday or today; the weather is very cool. As I write this, I feel the gentle breezeâhow wonderful this coolness is. In a little while, Iâll go to sleep peacefully.

Well, my fellow gardeners, thatâs my update for now. I hope you enjoyed it as much as I did. Your opinions are welcome...
Well my #HiveGarden friends, have a nice day!
