My Actifit Report Card: February 14 2022
You know there are few days which goes great and there are days in our life when things are not really go the way we expect and that's how the life goes on because ups and downs are part of life.
I was expecting something to happen but it did not happen and I'm not really so happy but I'm trying not to be sad because in any situation things are not in and control but at least we require some time to overcome the sadness and the same thing I am going through.
Talking about the fitness I think it was a good day because I am able to make more than 6000 steps which is slightly better than 5000 and even I did awesome score yesterday altogether my fitness journey is doing well.
