My Actifit Report Card: February 9 2022
Fitness time is over for the day and I am posting my score for the day with just the minimum amount of steps. I am happy that atleast I am able to keep myself active and posting everyday.
I am one of the person who walks a lot everyday but the problem with me is that I am not able to keep my phone in my pocket all the time and that is why my score is really 10000.
I know that if I keep the phone with me all the time then I can surely cross 10,000 easily but the kind of work I do is not allowing me to keep the phone handy especially when I am with my team at work then it gets even more difficult.
Sometimes I score only about 4000 steps and then to complete the minimum count I I do the walking and some other work while keeping the phone in the pocket so that it tracks The count and I reached the minimum slab that allowed me to post everyday.
