Yoga for anxiety!

More or less we all know that yoga has some great benefits, not just physical but mental also. And if we talk about killing anxiety naturally then yoga can be a nice choice.

Knowing all the great benefits of yoga many still are not into it. I'm not saying I'm a yogi or do yoga every single day. But I try to do it occasionally, especially when I feel like I need to release some stress.

I'm not sure what studies have to say about irregular yoga sessions like how useful they are. But I personally found them quite effective.

There are different specific poses that can help to reduce our anxiety and stress like the tree pose, hero pose, or triangle pose. You don't have to be an expert on this nor you have to practice the most difficult one. Just relax, try to practice what you think you can do comfortably, and do it regularly.

The thing is to believe and make time for it. Remind yourself to meditate and do some yoga practice when you pass a bad day. Just do it and see the result.

I know it's hard to push ourselves to do such a thing if we are not into this. But believe me, once you start doing this your mind and body will start to shift the focus from the worries and will reflect more positivity.
