Reaching out to friends - Make this possible!

Friends are one of the best support systems. Not just in our early adulthood but this can be true throughout our whole life. But don't we see people complain about 'true friendship'? I always wonder if it's true that after a certain age we lost true friends!

What I believe and found that friendship can be changed just like friends. It's doesn't have to be the same person or the same for life long. You can hang out with friends every day or see them rarely. But what matters most is how you are keeping the relationship.

It's true that after a certain age when our priority changes, we can't get enough time for friends. And as a result, we start losing the connection. But we always can choose to communicate, we can keep the connection warm. And this is what necessary if you want to have a support system.

People say, who have good friends got fewer problems. It's not like you literally have fewer problems but you can have more courage, more inspiration to work on the solutions.

I guess we all faced such a situation when we feel like reaching for help but we can't. Because we hesitate to reach out, to say we need help, to show our vulnerability. One major thing that let this happen and that is we forget to polish our friendship, we didn't make good communication. And another thing is, maybe we failed to choose good friends.

Whatever the reason is, it's not impossible to find out the cause and act on it so you always can have good friends around you; who can support you, comfort you, encourage you, and be there for you when you need help!
