Feeling lazy throughout the day is nothing new. It's not like we don't live an active life, we usually take care of our responsibilities but we don't feel much energetic doing them. This leads to feeling less happy in life.

So, what could be the probable causes of feeling this way? I would say, it's our lifestyle. Because everything impacts how we feel. It can be our food habit, can be lack of sleep, or can be our diseases. Another reason could be our mental health. When we mentally don't feel happy, we don't feel the energy to give in our life.
