Holistic wellbeing – Practicing in our daily life!

A holistic approach is always the best. But unfortunately, when we think about our well-being, we usually prioritize our health and sometimes our mind.

As a social being, there are many more factors that determined our ultimate well being. And if we don't include them in our plan for growth, we will fail to reach our desired well being.

So let's see what is holistic well being and how can we incorporate it into our life...

  • Physical well being
  • Mental well being
  • Social well being and
  • Spiritual well being

These are the four basics to bring the ultimate peace and happiness. It's nothing thought to understand how all those are interconnected. Like our body and mind. And surely our social well being is also important. And when you achieve all these, you will feel the urge to connect with your inner self more and that's when spiritual well-being is necessary- to bring back the peace of mind.

Now the question is how can we work on all those at a time?

We need to make a plan. Just like when you want to lose weight, you make a plan for better health. You need to make a plan for your mental health and other things too. This plan can help a lot to act accordingly.

Keep tracks of your current stat. Like how much you do for your body, mind, social life, and spirit. How happy you are with your correct stage? And then, find out what you need to do to make it better.

Physical exercise, self-care and prioritizing mental health, connecting with friends and family; overall living a good social life, searching and learning to produce your own happiness, connecting with your inner self, creating the meaning of life; all these can lead us to reach our holistic well being.

I would say, it's easy. Because most of the time, we unnoticed many things and forget to prioritize. But at least understanding and keeping these in mind can help us.
