Every day we go through millions of information. Just count one minute of your social media feed and see how much stuff you are scrolling. There are countless ads, people, and things we are been through.

And not just body, what we are seeing on tv, on our screen, or on the billboard is making an impact on how we are living our life, what we are choosing to wear or eat. So there is no way to deny that we should be more conscious of choosing what content we are going through.

It's true that we can't control every content we are consuming but at least we can try our best to make it healthy.

  • Keep your social media feed toxic-free. Skip, block whatever you think best for you on the people or content that makes you feel bad or make you feel negative.
  • Use apps to block ads, declutter your online world so you can have more control over your data and your freedom. It's hard to do but try as much as you can.
  • Subscribe for the thing that can help you be better. Better health, a better mind, a better way of life is just a click away. Know your interest, search for them and stick with them.

Moreover, do the same to others. Don't spread false news, toxicity, negativity. The way you see your feed, try to make it possible for others too. Expand your view and try to see the impact.

However, what matters most is how you are keeping this healthy in your daily life. Always remind yourself that what you are choosing to go through making an impact.
