Having a flexible plan - Good or bad?

Our life is rolling around meeting to-do lists, isn't it?

It's really great to be focused on our life goal, to be determined to do better. But did you ever question yourself if you are missing out? Don't have any clue? Ask yourself if you often miss attending friends and family occasions and hangouts, if you have enough time to take self-care; if you spend time for others?

So the question is, should we make a flexible plan?

I believe we should make some room for flexibility in our daily plan. And not just that we should also be flexible when it comes to set life plans. There are many proofs, researches showing how right and strict life plan actually work as a drawback for our growth.

So, how we can do that?

Keep a to-do list but add at least half an hour of free time during your day. Always keep some second options so you can easily move on and if something bad happens it would not affect you that much. Work your best to achieve your goals but make time for personal growth as well as for your personal life. And most importantly don't be right to enjoy and live your best life.

I guess it's not very tough to be flexible but we fear that we will fall behind. Believe me, you will not. Rather you will miss happiness in your life. So it's better to be flexible to not kiss our life than to be right and end up feeling unhappy.

The choice is yours!
